A Note About Our Rates

Because we rent our unit ourselves we do not pay the rental management company fees and can afford to pass those savings on to you. You will find our rates significantly lower than those you get through central reservations agencies.

Returning renters will receive a 10% discount.

Current rates are as follows.

There is also a $90 cleaning fee, charged at checkin time. Note minimum nights stay above. Stays of 4 or 5 nights will receive a 10% discount and stays of more than 5 nights will receive a 20% discount! If you need multiple units in the building please contact the owners who may be able to assist you with this.
